Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy for SQUARE ONE Purchases:
Physical products for SQUARE ONE purchases are generally shipped within 48-72 hours of receiving your order. You will receive an email from us when your package ships. In the event of delays, all customers will be notified via email.
U.S. packages are generally shipped via DHL Parcel Expedited and all International packages are shipped via DHL Parcel International Standard.
*Disclaimer: While most packages reach their destination, in the case of lost or damaged international packages, we may or may not be able to reship without additional cost to the consumer. This is due to the dramatic increase in shipping rates worldwide.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and/or taxes that may be levied by their local customs offices.
