Return Policy for all SQUARE ONE Packages: If you have purchased a SQUARE ONE Digital, Physical or Digital + Physical package from us, you are covered by our 6 Month Money Back Guarantee.
If you would like to request a refund and are within the money back guarantee period, simply send us an email at support@chrisbeatcancer.com and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that we do not refund credit card processing fees, Stripe processing fees, or PayPal fees and those small fees will be deducted where applicable.
If you do request a refund for Physical or Digital + Physical Packages, please do not return the physical package and either keep the package or gift it to someone in need.
The Digital portion of any SQUARE ONE Package, including bonus content, will be cancelled upon refund request.
We reserve the right to adjust our refund policy in the event of abuse of our terms.
